Dana Atkins is an Idaho Falls native, where she grew up singing, dancing, and performing. Her incredible parents encouraged her and gave her every opportunity to use and develop her talents.

In college, she majored in the performing arts, earning degrees in Musical Theatre and Vocal Performance. Since then, she has had many opportunities to participate in and share her love of Musical Theatre with others, both professionally and in the community.

Dana taught and directed a Children’s Musical Theatre program at the Gateway Foundation in Pocatello for 6 years, as well as directed several local shows. Dana’s directing credits include: Chitty Chitty Bang Bang,  The Taffetas: A Musical Journey, Music Man Jr, Seussical Jr., and You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Dana loves to be on the stage just as much, if not more than directing. Her favorite roles include Millie in Thoroughly Modern Millie, Nancy in Oliver, Amalia Balash in She Loves Me, and Cinderella in Into the Woods.
