Audition Requirements

 

 

Please be prepared to:

 

*Sing 16-24 measures of a song from a musical (accompanist provided)

 

*Recite a 30 second comedic monologue

 

*Learn and perform a 24-36 count dance combination

 

* Please come wearing loose clothing you can move in and have your hair pulled back.

 

           We require everyone who is cast in our productions to enroll in our Musical Theatre program and pay the monthly tuition and performance fees.**

​

            Our program teaches fundamental skills we feel the students need to be confident performers and knowledgeable about all the different areas of productions (i.e. set design, costuming, staging, choreography, projecting, etc.). We realize that everyone’s time is valuable. Our program is designed to use our class time to teach these skills along with rehearse for our productions so there will be minimal extra rehearsal times.

** We have a wonderful Sponsorship Program for those students who need financial assistance.
